Sanchit’s parents finally approving the StayUncle concept is not the only thing we are proud of.

The things that we care for, measure and appreciate is not what the standard company out there would bother to measure.

Few of those that we track (and include in our investor pitch deck)

• The number of calls we get from drunk couples
• The number of calls and bookings we arrange in the dead hours of the night

Not much to say about drunk couples calling StayUncle because it is self-explanatory)

Uncle, we are horny and your Book now button is too small for my drowsy fingers. Can you arrange a … (pause for vomiting… a room for us in 30 minutes?

That’s exactly how it happened last weekend. Drunk or sober, couples trust Uncle with everything they have, including their stomach fluids among the rest. It’s humbling and Uncle could never fail that trust down

The number of late night bookings that we ensure manually is something that particularly take pride in which is why we keep the white board as it is till the next evening. As soon as a new batch comes they are erased and kept into a dedicated Memory Book.
