Go through the grief period. Don't try to run away. There's no escape. The more you run, the more it'll haunt you and you'll realize eventually that you have to face the grief. Better not to waste time.

That's right.. To get over a heartbreak you need to start dating again as fast as possible.. The heart is is a creation designed to love and spread affection.. the sooner you put it back into it's natural state of loveliness the sooner it will start bringing back benefits..

The only way to overcome a breakup or heartbreak is to replace your x with a new attractive girl. as soon as possible.
