So a friend of mine i suspect is gay but is not admitting it. I can tell because of the way he behaves and the questions he asks. When we have conversation about rooms and hotels the first thing he asked was whether the service is open for gays. How can i have him to come out to me without feeling insecure around me?

Just think whether you are asking too much of that person in a country traditionally hostile towards homo-sexuality.
In case he is gay and he hasn't come out yet, there is no need to make him come out. He may have myriads of reason why he hasn't done so already. Just proceed with life as usual
