Hi Hunter uncle...

Admin uncle is a bit confused around your question... But let Admin Uncle try and answer..

For different couples the ideal room can mean a different thing based on their current circumstances.

Some couples are low on budget but would still prefer a decent and uninterrupted stay for half day Uncle provides that .. Uncle loves all serves all

Some couples have been planning a get together for a while and even decided to dedicate few days for themselves instead of a short 10 hours stay.. For them Uncle provides awesome resort and standard 5 star properties where they are treated like kings with no questions asked. Where there is love, there is Uncle to assist

Hence it depends from your circumstances at the moment @HunterUncle

I agree with @administrator.Couples booking room for 8-10 hours just look for an uninterrupted stay. But, couples booking rooms for multiple days also require good ambience inside as well as outside the hotel with of course supporting staff.

@Administrator @lovely . Agree. What I asked was even if its half day or 10 hours without uninterrupted stay what facilities will couples look for. Let's say TV - is that required ? What points can make good ambience ? What should be characteristic of the resort ? Should be room with minimalist amneties ? Or high figh posh ? Do they prefer all concert structures or they will prefer Art over it ? Indeed first thing is uninterrupted time and safety, I am asking second dimention as majority in india is from middle class society.

Alright I understand what you are asking. However this is a very broad question you are asking, but I will try to answer you.
Amenities - I don't know how much you are spending per room but this is generally the basics- bathroom amenities is a must-shower gell, body lotion and tooth brush set. Soap is great!
Clean bathroom please!! Clean sheets and fresh smelling room . Stale smelling rooms are put off. Bathrobes x 2 are great along with slippers as well. Are we having a safe as well? I m a tea lover so I'd love it if there is a tea maker in the room with tea and coffee things.
Amenities change as per the category of the room as well so - are there categories of rooms? This is most basic standard I would expect.

Ambience- I would like to feel safe, cozy at the same time relaxed. If I'm with someone, even better coz I'd be asking a double occupancy single bed instead of twin sharing.
Is there a good view? Is there a balcony? Can we sit out?

This off the top of my head. But as I said you have asked a very broad question and there's no limit to the amenities.

Have I answered your question in some way? @HunterUncle let me know if you wanna know more.

It's subjective. I can Tell you about myself. I'd prefer if there's a Bluetooth speaker in the room so I can connect music to it. I'd like a study table/table where I can sit and have tea. I don't mind a minimalist room as long as it is tastefully done. Having art in the room would be great! A night light would be great as well. TV must work. I wouldn't care if it's an interactive tv but it must work. Clean towels. Bathtub would be nice. A posh room with woodwork always works great. I prefer classily done up rooms rather than a room full of stuff. If I'm spending money it must be worth it. Are you having a mini bar? Is it category specific?
