Precisely speaking as of now, I've read almost 98% of the stats of StayUncle. I've searched about them, read all of their blogs(new as well as old), heard all of the SoundCloud Episodes, followed them on facebook, youtube. Also joined twitter just to read their tweets and comments (Believe it or not, its the love that made me do this). I even know the Team of StayUncle. Sanchit Uncle, Praveen Uncle, Arpit Uncle (Loved ur Naagin Dance, watched it about 4 times honestly), Blaze Uncle (I even know his YouTube Subscriptions), Komal Auntie, Srishti Auntie (The New Member of the World's Best Team), and finally my personal fav- THE DIKSHI AUNTIE (I'm gonna write another full page for her). So coming to the point, I saw the job posting in careers option and I came to know that the customer care team calls the hotel before hand (after the booking is made) and let them know that the couples are gonna arrive at their hotels and have a stay there, so that they must keep there rooms clean and ready. I just wanna know whether this goes really into practice for every single booking made irrespective of the place where the guests belong to so that the guests get a warm welcome, and practically there is a quick check-in without any sort of questions asked/ eyes raised. I'm going to turn 18+ next month, hence need to reassure myself of every possible thing that could come in mind (planning my first stay ever) ( Hope the team answers them) Also I did called the respective hotels and came to know that they denied couples who are going to make a stay via offline mode (without stayuncle) but they allowed couples from stayuncle. What makes them accept stayuncle couples but not allow couples directly approaching the hotel? Is there any risk? We would like to know little more on the real process behind the awesome job, the team is doing. And another most important question, what are the BACKUP plans, if the hotel denies the guests even after the booking is made? What if the manager asks the guests to leave within 20-30 minutes of stay? And if other such problem arises? Please answer in much more words as you can. It's a matter about love (not only between the guests, but also between you and us). Please be as much descriptive as you can. I'm young and I'm quiet often worried about the process. Need your support and help.

1) What makes hotels treat StayUncle guests so nicely and on the other hand do not allow offline guests or guests from other portal stay as couples?
TRUST. Trust built over a period of time.
Unlike other portals we regularly pay our hotels way before the guest arrives. We never hold payments back for our own selfish purpose or pay them later, say by the end of the month. Such behavior is unseen in the online hotel booking industry.
Also we sell our hotels under their regular market price. Other portals discount them heavily on their portals.
Now imagine that your are a hotelier dedicated to providing the best service. You've built reputation on the market over the years and logically charge premium price for that, say around Rs 4000 per room night. That makes you happy and makes your guests happy because they are certain that your service is one of the best.
Now comes some online hotel booking portal who lists you on their portal and sell your price at Rs 999. You are made to look like a cheap budget lodge in Paharganj. Your life work is decimated and your reputation tarnished.
Hoteliers are angry but can't do much. They can't spill their anger on that big behemoth swollen with investors money and instead spill it off on the only other person left - the guest who come via that portal, through bad service and negligence. That's why guests of some of the well known booking sites have had such horrific experience staying in their hotels
That is not the case with Uncle.
Old Uncle knows that in order for the hotel to deliver impeccable service for our couple guests, the hotel must be made happy. It is a serendipitous relationship, either we all win or we all lose
2) Is it true that we personally reach out to every hotel for every booking for the day?
Yes, that's right. Uncle wonders how you knew that in the first place?
Every morning Arpit uncle and Praveen uncle reach out to all hotels that are meant to receive StayUncle guest that day, while Sristhi auntie assists them by taking the customer care calls in between. They are one hell of a team and Uncle feels blessed to have them around.
3) What if the hotel denies checkin?
A guest who appears with a StayUncle booking confirmation never gets denied. On the contrary, they are eligible for extra privileges such as fast checkin and checkout. Uncle has made a name for himself and Uncle is serious when it comes to business.
Our guests are never asked to leave before their time slot ends. Ever.

I feel so much delighted after reading your response. Hope I could know the real Uncle/Auntie behind Administrator, so that I could hug him/her. I mean seriously, from the bottom of my hearts, you people are doing in no way any sort of business, instead, you are building the best of the relationships (between you and us​) Thanks a ton for your complete answer to my every question asked above.
Few suggestions I would like to give-
1. Try to make New videos on stayuncle Tv more frequently and do take coverage of Srishti auntie as well as Komal Auntie and others. We hardly see them and wish to see them soon. Also I want Dikshi Auntie to be in front of the cam, and not behind.
2. Try to ask the guests, the written Reviews after the visit. Or you may ask them their experience via phone calls after their exit (we shall be calling you ourselves after the visit to thank you ), and may write the same on your website. In short there must be a new option for review apart from ratings.
3. Do Ask every Hotelier and their staff to put a - "Do Not Disturb" flashcard outside the room​
4. I'm very very very great fan of music and felt so much great when came to know that the Team loves the same. Even you guys sponsored a Musical Event. Appreciate that. So I request you to please sing few of the songs together in the Crib and upload it on Stayuncle Tv. We love seeing you people enjoying and happy.

Many guests prefer to stay anonymous uncle about the fact that they used StayUncle because of this whole moralistic whale swimming around us to remind us that we should be SANSKARI (frankly speaking iv had enough of this fuckery) but anyway, Uncle will definitely take this suggestion and see who all can speak to s openly about it
Music session is long overdue in the Crib. We need a few musicians to come by to the crib as none of us can play - but some can definitely sing. Dikshi auntie unfortunately doesn't sing much bollywood. She prefers western music - metal to be honest haha The rest all love bollywood music.
Since you are about to be 18, my suggestion would be to wait till you are at least 18.5 years old before booking a hotel and same goes to your partner. Hotels are sometimes wary of very recently turned 18 folks.
