What happened dear uncle?

I wanted to book one of the hotels on your portal but then I called and they told me that they do not accept couples. Please explain

Aah… So this is what it happens

Dosts.. I guess I should have made this clear sooner than later. But yeah whatever.

The StayUncle service is brand new and revolutionary. It is revolutionary for the Indians it is revolutionary for the parents of Indians. It is revolutionary for my parents. It is even revolutionary for my dog .

Therefore it will take some time of smooth and slow adoption before booking a couple friendly hotel or talking about it becomes a normal cultural norm here in India

For that reason if you call any of our hotels with a query whether they allow unmarried couples, they will probably say -

Noooo

Even if you ask whether they allow couples from StayUncle they will still say –

Noooo

Why is this happening?

Because most of our hotels still take time to become comfortable openly talking about this to outsiders.

For that reason we urge you to trust us because entire India knows about us and trust us on the following:

• You are safe
• You are secure
• You will not face any harassment of any sort in our hotels
• Our hotels welcome couples sent by Uncle

Pay attention to the last point.

Even if you call and say you are coming from StayUncle they will say - Sir, sorry sir…

But if you appear straight at the reception with your partner at the designated time with pride in your eyes and a giggle off the sort – bruh, get out of my way I am burning already, you will be allowed and cordially welcomed.

Why?

Because our hotels open up only to actual StayUncle guest who have already done the needful, booked and have arrived.

They will not entertain prospects for the simple reason I’ve stated above – they are not comfortable talking about this openly in front of non-guests.

Please understand that this is a new service it is not like selling kulfies on the road, hence our hotel partners are not bragging about it on each and every phone call.

So stop thinking and analyzing too much, don’t be that much of an Indian, be a little less of an Indian, relax, we got everything covered, make a booking, come at the proper time and have Ompaa Lompaa time.

If I was you I would have spent my mind energy on what exactly to do in that room.
